My name is Yvonne and I have a true passion for helping others awaken to living a life of balance. After spending most of my career leading customer experience and strategic teams for large corporations, in 2017 I experienced deep depression.
As I realized I was living to work vs working to live, I began to wake up and break free from the monotony of work, sleep, drink, eat, repeat.
